Click photos, take videos, and relish the incredible sights from the aerial view. After about an hour of air time, your captain lands the balloon somewhere in the middle of the desert. A vintage Land Rover will then drive you to the Royal Desert Property. Here, you'll enjoy a short camel ride, followed by an authentic à la carte breakfast. Know Before You Book The Balloon Ride

You can make payments in cash or via cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets at the time of reservation or before check-in.
Reservations are possible via our website, WhatsApp, email, or over the phone.
Every guest must fill out a waiver form and submit it online. Guests must complete the waiver form before the flight.
Kids under the age of 2 are not eligible for this balloon ride.
You can bring your own camera that has a lens of less than 400mm.
All guests must bring their original passport or ID card for checking in.
A balloon can only accommodate 10-28 pax.
This experience is not suitable for pregnant women, participants with serious back or knee problems, or people with serious heart conditions.
We do not allow drones during flights due to the UAE government's rigorous drone laws.
We strictly prohibit anyone flying under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs.
Participants with physical disabilities or a fear of heights or flying cannot participate in this activity.
The minimum age for participants is 2 years, and the maximum age is 80 years old.
You can cancel your reservations 48 hours in advance for a full refund. We don't offer refunds for all cancellations made after 48 hours. We issue a refund as soon as we approve your cancellation. You can collect your refund within seven business days.

You generally stand during the hot air balloon ride. The basket walls are high enough to keep everyone safe while the guests stand. If you choose to sit, you will miss the breathtaking views that are the main essence of this experience.

The winter months from November to March are the best months for a hot air balloon experience in the Emirates. During these months, the weather is pleasant, and the temperature is mild.

The hot air balloon ride typically lasts for about an hour (40–60 minutes). The total experience lasts for three to four hours.

You can wear anything casual and comfortable for a hot air balloon experience in Dubai. There is no restriction.

We cancel or postpone the activity in case of adverse weather conditions. We try our best to inform you as soon as possible. You can choose refunds or enjoy the ride on a rescheduled date.

You should book your hot air balloon ride at least a week in advance in the winter. However, you can book it one day ahead of the trip in the summer.
