Know before you go: Desert safari
Preparing yourself in the right way for a desert safari is mandatory. It puts you in the right state of mind and keeps you aware of the requirements, events, and consequences. These will help you plan and execute your desert safari most efficiently.
- Carry a pair of sunglasses, scarves, a lot of sunscreen, and a hat.
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Dressing modestly is important.
- Keep in mind that temperatures can fluctuate very quickly in the desert. Pack clothes according to your safari timings. Especially at night, it can be chilly. Some warm outers or jackets can be good options.
- Don't forget to mention any of your medical conditions while booking your safari trip. We'll make arrangements accordingly for your seamless experience.
- Pregnant women and individuals with medical conditions aren't eligible for dune bashing.
- For any dietary requirements, please contact us in advance or inform us while booking.
- We'll try our best to accommodate your requirements accordingly.
- Children aged 3–11 must be accompanied by a guardian on a safari trip. Safari prices for children come with discounts. Inquire about it while booking.
- If you have children (aged 3–11) accompanying you to the safari, please request a rollaway bed while booking.
- Tent allocations are at the complete discretion of our team. We'll do our best to meet your preferences.
- All our vehicles have insurance covering the passengers as well in case of accidents, which is unlikely.

Age Policy
- Children: 3–11 years old.
- Adult: 12+ years old.
- Inform us during the booking if you are planning to bring your child on safari.
- A different, private vehicle is a must for children 3-5 years old or below 135 cm.
Payment Policies
- Card payment while booking (full payment before 48 hours)
- Get discounts of up to 15% for children. Adult prices are applicable from the age of 12.
Cancellation policy
- Full payment for your safari is mandatory before 48 hours of your pick-up time. If payment is not received at the predetermined time, we have the right to cancel your booking.
- Reservations or booking cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before your pickup time. Cancellations after that will be invalid. You won't receive any refunds. Staying on the same page is important.
- Double-check and confirm your cancellations for appropriate refund eligibility.

These centralized meeting points are for individuals who have opted for packages that don't include pick-up and drop-off services. Pick one of the four locations near you and arrive there on time for a shared ride to the dunes.
