Know Before You Book The Ride

Ticket reservations are available online (via websites), WhatsApp, or over the phone. Payments are mandatory at the time of ticket bookings. Payment method: cards, cash, bank transfers, and online gateways.
Every guest is required to bring their passport, valid photo ID, or Emirates ID for submission at the check-in point.
We recommend a light meal and no alcohol before the adventure.
You should pack light and avoid wearing jewelry for this boat ride. Bring an extra set of clothing, dry towel, sunscreen, hat, shades, swimwear, and walking shoes.
Guests should arrive at the departure point at least 20 minutes ahead of starting time. All late arrivals marked (after the departure time) as "no show." Guests will not receive any refund in such a situation.
Children below 6 years and pregnant women cannot participate in this activity. Children aged between 6 and 18 can enjoy the ride in the presence of their parents or guardians.
Participants with limited mobility, back problems, heart issues, and recent surgeries aren't eligible for this banana boat ride. We are not responsible for any injuries during the activity.
We can reschedule or cancel the ride with prior information. Adverse weather conditions and technical failures can lead to such circumstances. If guests don't agree to reschedule the ride, we offer a full refund.
Fully refundable cancellations are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations after that are non-refundable.
