Know Before You Book The Jet Car
- Book tickets for this two-seater (20-minute) jet car ride from our website or via WhatsApp.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. You can pay with cash, cards, bank transfers, or e-wallets.
- Children 7 to 15 can travel as a passenger alongside their parent or guardian. Participants aged 16 and up can drive the jet car.
- All guests must present their original passports, Emirates IDs, or photo IDs. We do not accept digital copies.
- All passengers must be at the check-in counter at least 20 minutes before their planned departure.
- We mark late arrivals (beyond the appointed time) as "no show" and cancel the trip without compensation.
- Any damage to the jet car during the ride is the driver's responsibility.
- Bring sunglasses, sunscreen (SPF 50+), a dry towel, and an extra set of clothes. Avoid wearing jewelry during the ride.
- Every participant who intends to drive the jet car must sign a liability waiver.
- This ride is not suitable for anybody with heart disorders, motion sickness, sea sickness, or back problems.
- This experience is not wheelchair accessible and not available for pregnant women or children under the age of four.
- We have the right to cancel or postpone your trip with advance notice. This circumstance could result from new legislation, technological issues, Coast Guard restrictions, or weather-related delays or cancellations. If you don't agree with the rescheduled trip, we will cancel the tour and issue a full refund.
- You can cancel your reservations within 72 hours and receive a full refund. Cancellations made after that date will not receive a refund. We will issue your refund as soon as we confirm your cancellation. You will be able to receive your refund within seven business days after cancellation.
