      Know Before You Book The Ride


      • You can make payments in cash or via cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets at the time of reservation or before check-in.
      • We accept reservations via WhatsApp, phone, email, and the website.
      • Participants (drivers) must be at least 15 years old. Passengers must be at least five years old.
      • This Polaris RZR 1000CC dune buggy can carry up to four people per ride.
      • The driver must strictly follow our guide's directions throughout the adventure.
      • Each participant must sign an indemnity agreement before the activity begins.
      • We assume no responsibility for any injuries caused to participants throughout the experience.
      • The driver and passenger are accountable for any buggy damage during the session.
      • This experience is not suitable for pregnant women or those who have medical conditions such as heart illness or severe back pain.
      • Children between the ages of 5 and 15 can only take part as passengers.
      • This buggy ride is not wheelchair accessible.
      • We have the right to reschedule or cancel the activity with prior notice. You can choose to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund.
      • Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that don't limit your movement for the ride. Avoid jewelry and fancy clothing.
      • We also allow you to cancel your reservations. Cancellations received before 24 hours are eligible for a full refund. We will quickly release your refunds once we have confirmed your cancellation.
