You can make Dhow Cruise ticket reservations through our website or via WhatsApp.
Make payments in advance while booking or before the cruise at the check-in counter. Payment can be made in cash, via bank transfers, cash, or e-wallets.
All guests must present themselves at the check-in counter no later than 10-15 minutes before the planned departure time.
If you arrive late, we will cancel your bookings. These cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Except for guests who are physically impaired or reliant on wheelchairs, nearly everyone else is eligible to participate.
Parents or guardians must accompany children under the age of 15.
This dhow cruise necessitates a weather situation that is both clear and tranquil. In severe weather, we'll notify you and cancel your reservations. We provide the option of either a revised timetable or a complete refund.
It is necessary to cancel your reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after that time will not receive any refunds. You will receive your refund within seven business days
