Know Before You Book The Dhow Cruise
- You can book tickets through the website or via WhatsApp.
- You can make payments in advance while booking or before the cruise at the check-in counter. Payment can be made in cash, via bank transfers, cash, or e-wallets.
- All guests must arrive at the check-in counter at least 10-15 minutes before scheduled departure.
- We'll cancel your bookings if you arrive late. These types of cancellations are non-refundable.
- Almost all guests on the cruise can participate, except those who are physically disabled or in wheelchairs.
- Parents or guardians must accompany children under the age of 15.
- This activity requires a clear and serene weather condition. In the event of unfavorable conditions, we'll cancel your reservations with prior notice. We offer a rescheduled itinerary or a full refund.
- You can cancel your bookings before 24 hours to receive a full refund. We'll disburse your refund as soon as we confirm your cancellations.
- Dhow Cruise is a shared experience. You can also reserve it for private tours.
