Know before you book the speed boat tour
- Pregnant women, seniors, and individuals with medical conditions cannot participate in this motorboat tour
- Children under the age of 4 aren't eligible for the 60-minute boat ride. Parents or guardians must accompany the children (4–12)
- Anyone under 15 kg is not eligible for the tour. It's for safety reasons
- Guests cannot bring their pets on this boat ride
- Everyone above the age of 12 should pay the adult prices. Only guests (4–12) pay child prices
- Make 50% of the payment upfront at the time of booking. The rest of the payment is a must before boarding the boat
- Tickets are in the form of an e-voucher. You need it to board the boat. Tickets are only valid for a specific date and time
- Payment methods: cash, card, or bank transfers
- Guests must have their valid photo ID or passport to display along with the ticket at the kiosk
- Guests must arrive at the starting point (Marina Harbor) at least 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure time. The service provider marks all late arrivals (after the departure time) as "no show" and cancels the tour without a refund. Timely arrival is mandatory.
- Rent a car or opt for pick-up and drop-off services for convenience and on-time arrivals and departures. Call +971 55 534 3440 for car rentals and transfer-related services at the cheapest prices.
- The service provider can reschedule or cancel the tour for safety reasons. Bad weather conditions and genuine mechanical repairs can lead to such scenarios. If passengers choose not to reschedule, the company refunds the guest in full.
- Make cancellations (from the passenger's side) at least 72 hours in advance. It's mandatory for a full refund. Cancellations after that are subject to deductions from the refund.
