Know Before You Book The
- You can reserve tickets over the phone, via WhatsApp, or online (website). Payments are required at the time of booking tickets. Payment options: bank transfers, credit cards, cash, and e-wallets.
- Each visitor must present a valid picture ID, an Emirates ID, or a passport when checking in.
- Before the excursion avoid alcohol and eat a light dinner.
- Pack light and don’t wear jewelry or valuable items for this banana boat ride.
- Pack an extra set of clothes, sunglasses, dry towel, hat, sunscreen, swimsuit, and walking shoes.
- All guests must arrive at the check-in point 20 minutes earlier (of the starting point).
- All arrivals after the departure time lead to automatic cancellations without refund.
- Pregnant women and children under the age of 6 are not eligible for this water activity.
- People with backaches, high blood pressure, limited mobility, heart issues, and recent major surgeries cannot participate in this sport.
- Participants aged between 6 and 18 need their guardians or parents on board to enjoy this ride.
- We don’t take responsibility for injuries to the participants during the ride.
- In cases of unfavorable weather conditions and mechanical issues, we can cancel or reschedule your ride. Rescheduling is a primary option. If you don’t wish to do so, we’ll cancel your trip with a full refund.
- You can cancel your reservations before 48 hours for full refund eligibility. All cancellations after 48 hours are non-refundable.
