You can reserve tickets over the phone, via WhatsApp, or online (website). Payments are required at the time of booking tickets. Payment options: bank transfers, credit cards, cash, and e-wallets.
Each visitor must present a valid picture ID, an Emirates ID, or a passport when checking in.
Before the excursion avoid alcohol and eat a light dinner.
Pack light and don’t wear jewelry or valuable items for this banana boat ride.
Pack an extra set of clothes, sunglasses, dry towel, hat, sunscreen, swimsuit, and walking shoes.
All guests must arrive at the check-in point 20 minutes earlier (of the starting point).
All arrivals after the departure time lead to automatic cancellations without refund.
Pregnant women and children under the age of 6 are not eligible for this water activity.
People with backaches, high blood pressure, limited mobility, heart issues, and recent major surgeries cannot participate in this sport.
Participants aged between 6 and 18 need their guardians or parents on board to enjoy this ride.
We don’t take responsibility for injuries to the participants during the ride.
In cases of unfavorable weather conditions and mechanical issues, we can cancel or reschedule your ride. Rescheduling is a primary option. If you don’t wish to do so, we’ll cancel your trip with a full refund.
You can cancel your reservations before 48 hours for full refund eligibility. All cancellations after 48 hours are non-refundable.
