Know Before You Book The Exclusive Safari

Payments can be made either at the time of booking or upon pick-up. Accepted payment methods include cards, cash, bank transfers, and e-wallets.
We provide transfer services for both picking up and dropping off guests in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
During a shared evening desert safari, you may have to share a ride with five other guests. Our guides determine the seating arrangements based on their preferences. Those who do not agree, have the option to request private rides at premium prices. We do not take advance requests for seat assignments.
As per UAE regulation, those with children under the age of 12 are required to occupy the back seats.
Priority groups, such as senior citizens and women, reserve the front seats. Infant safety seats are not available.
This safari tour is not wheelchair accessible.
Pregnant women and passengers with health concerns such as backaches and heart disorders are not eligible to participate in this activity's dune bashing portion. They are welcome to participate in other activities.
A guardian must accompany children under the age of 12 on safari tours. Children receive discounted pricing for safaris. During the booking process, seek information about it.
Bring sunglasses, scarves, plenty of sunscreen, and a hat.
Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and footwear. It is important to note that temperatures in the desert can vary rapidly. Particularly during the nighttime, the temperature can be cold.
We provide you with the option to cancel your reservations. To receive a complete reimbursement, it is necessary to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. After that, we do not facilitate any cancellations or refunds.
Once we approve your cancellation request, we will promptly refund your money. Your refund will be available for collection within seven business days.
