Guests must arrive at the starting point (Marina Harbor) at least 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure time. The service provider marks all late arrivals (after the departure time) as "no show" and cancels the tour without a refund. Timely arrival is mandatory.

Anyone under 15 kg is not eligible for the tour due to safety reasons.
Children under the age of 4 aren't eligible for the speed boat ride. Parents or guardians must accompany the children (4–12).
Everyone above the age of 12 should pay the adult prices. Only guests (4–12) pay child prices.
Pregnant women, seniors, and individuals with medical conditions cannot participate in this motorboat tour.
Guests cannot bring their pets on this boat ride.
Make 50% of the payment upfront at the time of booking. The rest of the payment is a must before boarding the boat.

Tickets are in the form of an e-voucher. You need it to board the boat. Tickets are only valid for the specific date and time.
Guests must have their valid photo ID or passport to display along with the ticket at the kiosk.
Make cancellations (from the passenger's side) at least 72 hours in advance. It's mandatory for a full refund. Cancellations after that are subject to deductions from the refund.
The service provider can reschedule or cancel the tour for safety reasons. Bad weather conditions and genuine mechanical repairs can lead to such scenarios. If passengers choose not to reschedule, the company refunds the guest in full.
