Know Before You Book The Jet Car

Book tickets for this two-seater (20-minute) jet car ride from our website or via WhatsApp.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. You can pay with cash, cards, bank transfers, or e-wallets.
Children 7 to 15 can travel as a passenger alongside their parent or guardian. Participants aged 16 and up can drive the jet car.
All guests must present their original passports, Emirates IDs, or photo IDs. We do not accept digital copies.
All passengers must be at the check-in counter at least 20 minutes before their planned departure.
We mark late arrivals (beyond the appointed time) as "no show" and cancel the trip without compensation.
Any damage to the jet car during the ride is the driver's responsibility.
Bring sunglasses, sunscreen (SPF 50+), a dry towel, and an extra set of clothes. Avoid wearing jewelry during the ride.
Every participant who intends to drive the jet car must sign a liability waiver.
This ride is not suitable for anybody with heart disorders, motion sickness, sea sickness, or back problems.
This experience is not wheelchair accessible and not available for pregnant women or children under the age of four.
We have the right to cancel or postpone your trip with advance notice. This circumstance could result from new legislation, technological issues, Coast Guard restrictions, or weather-related delays or cancellations. If you don't agree with the rescheduled trip, we will cancel the tour and issue a full refund.
You can cancel your reservations within 72 hours and receive a full refund. Cancellations made after that date will not receive a refund. We will issue your refund as soon as we confirm your cancellation. You will be able to receive your refund within seven business days after cancellation.
