Know Before You Book The Jet Car

Guests can book tickets jet car ride via online (website) or WhatsApp (over the phone).
Payment is necessary at the time of booking. Make payment in cash or via cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets.
We'll send your ticket via email. This mobile ticket is admissible at the check-in desk.
All travelers must have original photo ID cards, Emirates IDs, or original passports. Soft copies are not acceptable.
It's crucial to check in at least 20 minutes ahead of schedule for your trip.
We mark all late arrivals (after the scheduled time) as "no show" and cancel reservations without refund.
Secure parking is available at the check-in location.
Each rider who wishes to drive the jet car must sign the liability waiver.
This 2-seater (30-minute) jet car tour isn't suitable for pregnant women or kids under four.
Bring an extra pair of clothing, sunscreen (SPF 50+), dry towel, and shades. Don't wear jewelry during the ride.
The renter is liable for any damage to the jet car.
The rented jet car has minimal liability insurance. This insurance doesn't cover all types of damages.
This jet car rental is not wheelchair-accessible.
Individuals with back problems, heart problems, motion sickness, or sea sickness cannot partake in this ride.
Children between 4 and 15 years can join as a passenger with their parent or guardian.
Make your cancellations before 72 hours for a full refund. All cancellations after that are not refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel your appointment with prior notice. This situation can arise due to weather-related delays or cancellations, Coast Guard restrictions, technical difficulties, or the implementation of new laws.
If guests don't agree with the revised itinerary, we cancel the tour and give them a complete refund.
