Know Before You Book The Ride

You must pay in full in advance at the time of reservation. Make payments in cash or using credit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets.
All guests must bring their original passports, Emirates IDs, or photo IDs. We will not accept digital copies.
Guests must arrive at the check-in counter at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure. We mark all late arrivals (beyond the scheduled time) as "no show" and cancel the reservation without any refund.
The driver must sign the liability waiver before embarking on the trip.
Pregnant women or children under the age of 7 are not eligible for this drive. Children aged 7 to 15 can participate as passengers with their parents or guardians.
Our jet car rides are not wheelchair accessible. This jet car rental is also not suitable for riders who have cardiac conditions, motion sickness, sea sickness, or back problems.
You should bring sunglasses, sunscreen (SPF 50+), a dry towel, and an extra set of clothes. We don't wear jewelry during the ride.
The driver is fully responsible for the damage to the jet car during the ride.
We can cancel or reschedule your journey with prior notice. This circumstance could emerge as a result of new legislation, technical challenges, Coast Guard restrictions, or weather-related concerns. Any trip cancellations made by us will result in a full refund.
You can also cancel your reservation 72 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund. Any cancellations made after that point are non-refundable. We'll issue your refund as soon as we confirm your cancellation. You will receive your refund within seven business days of your cancellation.
