Know Before You Book
- Make your reservations via website, WhatsApp, or over the phone.
- You can make payments using cards, cash, bank transfers, and e-wallets.
- Everyone (guests) must bring their valid ID (Emirates ID, passport, or photo ID) for checking in at the counter. Only original copies are acceptable.
- Guests should arrive at the meeting point (Dubai Marina Harbor) at least 20 minutes in advance of the starting time.
- All late arrivals (after the departure time) marked as "no show" and cancel reservations without any refund.
- Participants should use the board (equipment) only in designated areas by following the instructor's commands.
- Participants are responsible for any damage to the equipment (wakeboard) from misuse.
- Wearing a life jacket during the ride is strictly important. Helmets are also mandatory for beginners.
- Participants with backaches, heart issues, or serious medical conditions are not eligible for this wakeboarding.
- Children below the age of seven and pregnant women are not eligible to participate in this sport.
- Kids aged between 7 and 16 can enjoy the sport with their parents or guardians on board.
- Cancelations before 72 hours are accepted for a full refund. All cancellations after that are subject to deduction from refund or no refund, depending on the time of cancellation.
- We can reschedule or cancel reservations with prior notice. Adverse weather conditions and mechanical issues can lead to such situations. If guests don't agree with rescheduling, we offer a full refund.
