Know Before You Go

Guests can book tickets online (website) or over the phone (WhatsApp).
You must make the full payment at the time of booking. We accept payment in cash or via bank transfers, cards, and e-wallets.
You'll receive a mobile ticket on WhatsApp or email. Use the mobile ticket for checking in.
Mobile tickets are valid only for specific dates and times.
Every individual, regardless of skill level, is eligible for this 60-minute jet ski ride.
Guests must bring their original passport, Emirates ID, or photo ID. We don't accept soft copies, scan copies, or photocopies.
You're responsible for any damage to jet skis during the activity.
Participants must not perform tricks and stunts on the jet ski.
We let you reschedule your activity before 24 hours of the starting time.
You must cancel your booking 72 hours (before departure time) for full refund eligibility. All cancellations after that are nonrefundable.
We may cancel or reschedule your activity with prior notice. Such situations can arise because of adverse weather conditions and technical issues. Your safety is paramount.
Guests have the option to reschedule their trip. Otherwise, we'll offer a full refund and cancel the reservations.
Children under the age of 7 and pregnant women aren't eligible for this activity. Kids aged between 7 and 15 years can enjoy the ride as passengers.
Only individuals over the age of 16 are eligible to drive the jet ski.
This 60-minute jet ski ride isn't suitable for individuals with health problems, broken limbs, and recent surgeries.
Always pack light. You must carry an extra pair of clothing, sunscreen (50+ SPF), sunglasses, a hat, and a dry towel. Don't include jewelry.
It's ideal to have light meals and no alcohol before the trip.
