Guests must arrive at the take-off point, the Dubai Police Academy, at least 45 minutes before the flight time. For late arrivals, we’ll label all bookings as "no show" and cancel them without a refund.

Every passenger needs to sign a mandatory passenger declaration form, a liability waiver, for this 40-minute tour.
Private tours facilitate 5 passengers at most. Shared tours can include up to 6 guests. The number of passengers on the tour depends on the total weight of the passengers.
Each flight can only facilitate 2 children. Children under the age of 18 can only board the flight with a guardian.
Almost everyone above the age of 2 is eligible for the 40-minute helicopter ride.
Riders with recent major surgeries, motion sickness, heart problems, and handicaps aren’t eligible for the helicopter tour.
Pregnant women (over 32 weeks) are not eligible for the tour. Those who are pregnant for less than 32 weeks can take part in the flight with their doctor’s approval letter.
Pack a minimum number of items for your tour. It’s convenient and lets you move with more freedom. Tours are for a short period so you don’t need much. Try light and smart packing.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that fit well for the flight. Don’t wear earrings or fancy dresses during the flight.
Smoking, drinking, or dining are not allowed during the flight.
Various factors can lead to tour schedule changes. In such cases, the operator informs you in advance. Passenger safety is paramount. The flight will take place only under the safest conditions. Bad weather conditions, technical issues, and air traffic circumstances can cause delays.
For tour cancellations on your side, you should do so 72 hours in advance of your scheduled flight. Otherwise, you’ll not be eligible for a refund.
If cancellations are from the operator side, all guests receive a 100% refund. An alternative tour package is also an option. Pick the one that suits you the best.
