Know before you go: Dubai helicopter tour
- A helicopter can only accommodate up to six (6) passengers.
- If you have children boarding, only two of them are allowed per flight.
- Pregnant passengers (up to 32 weeks) should provide us with their doctor's approval certification for the tour.
- The Passenger Declaration Form is mandatory. You must complete it before onboarding.
- You must check in before 45 minutes of your flight time.
- You are required to provide a physical copy of your passport or ID while checking in.
- Choose your flight timing from these three-time slots: 9-11 a.m., 12:30-2:30 p.m., and 3:10-5:10 p.m. Your flight will be scheduled within the selected time range and tour package.
- Flight cancellations are possible with short notice in the event of bad weather conditions. Factors that are out of our control can cause cancellations, too. We will reschedule your flight if you agree. Otherwise, refund your money.
