Meanwhile, visitors need digital copies of their passport, driver's license, and IDP (International Driver's Permit). Furthermore, the renter will also require a valid payment method and must be at least 21 years old.
We offer a basic third-party liability insurance package for all our BMW rentals. This is a mandatory RTA-standard insurance policy for driving in the UAE. We also arrange additional insurance policies upon request. You can opt for other policies, such as collision damage waivers (CDW), personal accident insurance (PAI), theft protection, and more for additional cost. You’ll need to pay for these insurances throughout your rental period. Choose the insurance package that best suits your needs. We'll make sure you get the packages according to your requirements.
Our standard mileage limit for all rentals is 250 km/day, 1750 km/week, and 4500 km/week. You will get the same limits with this BMW 430i as well. We recommend you always drive within these limits. It is also important that you choose rental packages that align well with your travel needs. It enables you to drive freely without worrying about mileage limits. If you exceed the provided mileage limits, you will incur additional costs ranging from AED 30 to AED 100 per km, depending on the different situations. If you require extra mileage, you should contact us immediately before you reach your limit. We'll make arrangements accordingly.
Yes, the late return fee applies to this Convertible 4 Series as it does to all our rentals. You should always return the vehicle according to your rental agreement. Delays in return are not recommended. We can understand that you can run out of time in certain situations. For that, we allot a grace period of three hours. This is applicable only if you inform us on time. Make returns within the grace period to avoid additional charges. Otherwise, the fee is imminent. If you are in such a situation, you should contact us immediately. We will help you tackle the situation in the best possible manner.
Yes, you can pick up this Convertible from one location and drop it off at another within the Emirates. Our one-way rental is limited within the UAE. You should mention your pick-up and drop-off locations at the time of booking. Once you've picked up your rental 430i, you can change drop-off locations according to your travel needs. However, you should inform us about the change at least an hour in advance. We need this window to make the necessary arrangements for your smooth drop-off. Also, if your final drop-off location is farther away from the initial one, you’ll need to pay additional charges.
Yes, you are responsible for salik throughout your rental period. Our standard rental prices do not include the cost of salik (tolls). Saliks are RTA-related fees that you indirectly pay to the RTA through our system. We maintain salik accounts for each of our rental cars. So, every time you pass through a toll gate (charges incur only once per hour), a certain amount gets deducted from the vehicle’s salik account. We accumulate the total salik amount and charge you at the end of your rental period. Upon request, you get to check your Salik details as well. Taking alternative routes can help you escape, but not convenient. You should also take care of rental aspects like parking fees, traffic fines, gas refills, and late returns, as they don’t come under the standard rental prices.
