Know Before You Go
- Guests should report to the starting point, the Dubai Police Academy, at least 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We’ll mark all late arrivals as “No Show” and lead to booking cancellations without a refund.
- We offer pick-up and drop-off services for additional charges. Charges vary depending on the distance and availability. For pick-up and drop-off services, contact us at +971555343340.
- You should have your original passport or valid ID (physical copies). It is mandatory. Soft copies aren't acceptable.
- You should also sign a liability waiver document as a part of this helicopter tour.
- We recommend comfortable and light sportswear. Large jewelry and earrings are not ideal for flight.
- Selfie sticks and professional cameras with lenses larger than 400 mm aren't allowed. Phones are allowed for taking pictures & videos.
- Pregnant women (up to 32 weeks old) should provide the doctor’s approval letter for the flight.
- Medical patients with heart conditions, physically impaired riders, or anyone with recent major surgery are also not eligible.
- The minimum age requirement is 2 years old. Children under the age of 18 can only board with a guardian. A maximum of two children can partake in a flight.
- Only 5 passengers are allowed per flight. The weight factor influences the passenger count on board. Every passenger needs to weigh in before boarding.
- No smoking, food, or beverages on board.
- Every passenger gets insurance as per the UAE Civil Aviation Authorization Regulations.
- Tour times can be postponed concerning air traffic control stipulations, technical aspects, or safety considerations.
- Flights may delayed due to unfavorable weather conditions. It happens in rare cases.
- Cancellations from the company side are 100% refundable.
- Cancellations from the passenger side should be at least 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, cancellations are void and non-refundable.
