BMW R 1250 GS Standard Motorcycle Rental Requirements

Security deposit: A refundable AED 5,000 at the time of booking.

Riding experience: Riders should have prior experience with similar types and sizes of motorcycles.

Payment method: valid credit cards (MasterCard and Visa), cash, and bank transfers.

License validity: The renter's license must not be less than a year old.

Document: For visitors: passport copy, motorcycle driver's license, and international motorcycle driver's permit. For UAE residents: Emirates ID and UAE motorcycle driver's license.

Age: The renter's age must be at least 25 years old.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel your booking before 30 days (from the pickup time) to receive a 100% deposit refund. All cancellations after that (30 days) are subject to some percentage deductions of the total (i.e. rental fee) from your deposit amount.

25% deduction of total: canceled between 30–21 days ahead of the pick-up date and time.

65% deduction of total: canceled between 20–11 days ahead of the pick-up date and time.

No refund: canceled within 10 days (or after) ahead of the pick-up date and time.

We pay out the refunds in the form of bank or wireless transfers. Generally, receivable within 3–10 business days after cancellation approval.

Know Before You Go

The security deposit is a separate entity from the actual rental fee.
Renters (you) don't have the right to modify or make changes to the motorcycle without our approval.
Off-roading without our consent is a contract violation. Contract violations result in the loss of all insurance coverage and additional charges.
It is your responsibility to return the motorcycle in the same condition as it was when you picked it up.
It is mandatory to return the motorbike with the same amount of fuel (full-to-full policy implies). If not, you will be responsible for additional fuel costs.
Insurance policies don't cover renters under the age of 25 or with licenses that are not older than a year
If the rider is hurt during the motorbike rental period, we are not responsible.
In the event of motorcycle abandonment, we have the right to repossess the vehicle without prior notice.
To get clearance and make the necessary legal paperwork preparations, let us know in advance if you intend to ride cross-country (in KSA and Oman).
In addition to AED 5 per kilometer for each km between the pick-up and drop-off sites, one-way rentals cost AED 500.
During the rental period, the hirer is responsible for paying all Salik (toll charges), parking fees, petrol refills, and traffic penalties (if any).
Different kinds of insurance are available upon request for comprehensive coverage. These are non-refundable insurances that are in effect for the duration of the rental.
Any consequences (traffic tickets, accidents, etc.) that could arise during the rental period are your responsibility.
All repairs and damages to the motorbike are the renter's (your) responsibility.
