Know Before You Go

Book your tickets online (website) or over the phone (WhatsApp).
Payment is mandatory at the time of booking. Make payment in cash or via card, bank transfers, and e-wallets.
We'll send your mobile ticket on WhatsApp or email. You can use the mobile ticket for check-ins.
Tickets are valid for specific dates and times.
Individuals of all skill levels can enjoy this 30-minute jet ski ride. 2 people can share a ride.
All participants must bring their original ID cards (passport, Emirates ID, or photo ID) for submission at the check-in counter.
The participant is responsible for damages to the jet ski during the ride.
Guests cannot perform tricks and stunts on the jet ski. Such actions will lead to immediate ride termination.
You can reschedule your jet ski ride only before 24 hours.
We allow you to cancel reservations/tickets only before 72 hours for a full refund. Cancellations after that are either nonrefundable or subject to deductions on refund.
In cases of adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues, we can reschedule or cancel your reservations. If you don't want to reschedule, we offer you cancellations with a full refund.
Pregnant women and children below 7 years aren't eligible for this activity. Kids between 7 and 15 years can enjoy the ride as passengers.
Participants must be at least 16 years old to drive the jet ski.
Riders with heart problems, backaches, broken limbs, and recent surgeries cannot take part in this watersport.
Pack light; bring an extra pair of clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen (50+ SPF), hat, and dry towel. Don't include jewelry.
Guests should eat light meals and no alcohol before the trip.
