Know Before You Hire Jet Car
- All passengers must bring their original passports or valid photo ID cards (soft copies are not acceptable).
- Wheelchair accessibility is not available.
- Driver must sign the liability waiver.
- Secured parking is available at the docking zone.
- Guests with medical conditions like back problems, heart problems, seasickness, and motion sickness are not eligible for the ride.
- This 20-minute jet car rental is not suitable for pregnant women and children under the age of 4.
- Children from 4 to 15 can partake with their parents or guardians. Not more than 2 children can enjoy the ride at once.
- Checking in at the departure point at least 20 minutes earlier (the starting time) is mandatory.
- We mark all late arrivals (after the scheduled time) as "no show" and cancel the reservation without a refund.
- Renters are responsible for the damages to the car (if any).
- The jet car rental comes with limited liability insurance. It might not cover all kinds of damages.
- We recommend water shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and dry towels.
- We have the right to cancel your reservation with prior information. Bad weather conditions, enforcement of a new law, mechanical failure, and Coast Guard restrictions can lead to cancellations or reschedules.
- If guests don't comply with the reschedules, we cancel the tour with a full refund.
- We allow guests to make changes to their reservations for an additional 5% charge.
- Cancellations after 72 hours are subject to a 25% (of the total fee) deduction in the refund. Cancellations after 48 hours lead to a 50% deduction. There is no refund for cancellations after 24 hours.
