Know Before You Hire Jet Car

All passengers must bring their original passports or valid photo ID cards (soft copies are not acceptable).
Wheelchair accessibility is not available.
Driver must sign the liability waiver.
Secured parking is available at the docking zone.
Guests with medical conditions like back problems, heart problems, seasickness, and motion sickness are not eligible for the ride.
This 20-minute jet car rental is not suitable for pregnant women and children under the age of 4.
Children from 4 to 15 can partake with their parents or guardians. Not more than 2 children can enjoy the ride at once.
Checking in at the departure point at least 20 minutes earlier (the starting time) is mandatory.
We mark all late arrivals (after the scheduled time) as "no show" and cancel the reservation without a refund.
Renters are responsible for the damages to the car (if any).
The jet car rental comes with limited liability insurance. It might not cover all kinds of damages.
We recommend water shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and dry towels.
We have the right to cancel your reservation with prior information. Bad weather conditions, enforcement of a new law, mechanical failure, and Coast Guard restrictions can lead to cancellations or reschedules.
If guests don't comply with the reschedules, we cancel the tour with a full refund.
We allow guests to make changes to their reservations for an additional 5% charge.
Cancellations after 72 hours are subject to a 25% (of the total fee) deduction in the refund. Cancellations after 48 hours lead to a 50% deduction. There is no refund for cancellations after 24 hours.
