Know Before You Hire the 40 ft Cruisers Yachts

All reservations require an advance payment of fifty percent for security reasons. You should finish the outstanding payment before boarding the yacht.
You may pay with cash, credit cards, e-wallets, or bank transfers.
Upon boarding the yacht, all guests have to provide their original ID card—passport, driver's license, or photo ID card. We only accept digital copies.
Arriving at the departure destination at least 45 minutes in advance is important. For all late arrivals, we will cancel bookings without refund.
Choose limousine or car rental to guarantee timely arrival. For rental and transfer services, please contact +971 55 534 3340.
Passenger count shouldn't be more than the maximum capacity of the yacht. You should provide us with the passenger count one day before travel.
Our crew members ensure passenger safety, boat maintenance, and safety operations.
The journey is off-limits for pets—including birds and animals.
We only allow swimming on a minimum 2-hour cruise booking (up to 6 p.m. only).
The responsibility for any damage to the yacht rests with the renter.
As requested, on-board BBQ is available. During the charter period, one dedicated crew member will prepare and serve barbecue. Additional of AED 200 if the guest requested assistance from the crew to cook the BBQ.
In line with visitor preferences, the company assesses the relevance of decorations and other components.
We offer a full refund if you don't settle for a rescheduled charter for any cancellations from our side.
If you cancel 48 hours before the scheduled boarding date, we will fully refund you. If you cancel within 24 hours or after 48 hours, we will deduct from your refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not refundable.
