Know Before You Go
- Visitors must arrive at the Dubai Police Academy at least 45 minutes before the stated start time. Failing to do so will result in a "No Show" notation on your reservation and a non-refundable cancellation.
- For an extra fee, we provide pick-up and drop-off services. The cost varies according to availability and distance. Call us at +971 55 534 3340 if you need pick-up, drop-off, and car rental services.
- Each traveler must sign a passenger declaration form before boarding the helicopter. It’s an obligatory document for this helicopter tour.
- Carry original passports or legitimate identification documents (hard copies) at all times. This is a must. No soft copies are acceptable.
- We advise wearing dark-colored, comfy, and well-fitting clothes. They are good for photos and safety. Jewelry and earrings are not the best choices for helicopter tours.
- Selfie sticks and professional cameras with lenses longer than 400 mm on the tour are not allowed onboard. Mobile phones and small cameras are allowed to take photos and videos.
- Pregnant women who are up to 32 weeks pregnant need a letter of consent from their doctor for flights. Women who are more than 32 weeks pregnant cannot take part in this tour.
- Riders who have just undergone major surgery, those with cardiac issues, or those who are physically disabled are also not eligible.
- The required minimum age is two years old. Only with a guardian can a child under the age of eighteen go on a tour. Each flight can only include a maximum of two children.
- Each flight can have a maximum of five passengers. All travelers must weigh in before boarding. The weight of passengers determines the passenger count per flight.
- Passengers cannot smoke, eat, or drink on board.
- Following the UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations, all passengers get insurance.
- Tour schedules can change with prior information. Air traffic control stipulations, safety considerations, or technical issues can cause flight delays.
- Bad weather conditions can also cause delays and postpone tours. You cannot ignore this possibility, though it is very rare.
- You will receive a 100% refund if the cancellation is from the company side.
- You should cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before the flight time for a full refund. Otherwise, the cancellation will become non-refundable.
