You must report to the starting point, the Dubai Police Academy, at least 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we mark it as a “no show” and cancel your booking without refund.

You must sign an obligatory passenger declaration form before taking off.
An original passport or valid ID is mandatory for all passengers. Only hard copies are acceptable, no soft copies.
Maximum of 5 passengers per flight. Standard weight is a must (125 KG). All passengers must weigh themselves for the record and proper weight maintenance on the flight.
The minimum age requirement for the tour is 2 years. Passengers between 2–60 years old can enjoy this 22-minute helicopter tour.
Only 2 children are allowed per flight. Children under the age of 18 can only take part in this ride with a parent or a guardian.
Pregnant women over 32 weeks are not eligible for this 22-minute tour. Women under 32 weeks can enjoy the ride with their doctor’s approval letter.
Passengers with medical conditions, recent major surgeries, disabilities, motion sickness, or cardiac problems cannot partake in the ride.
Eating, drinking, or smoking are prohibited during the flight.
It’s always a good idea to wear light and smart. Don’t bring unnecessary stuff for the tour.
Wear comfortable, light, and body-fit clothes. Don’t bring unnecessary stuff, fancy dresses or Jewellery, especially earrings.
Tour schedules can change, depending on weather, technical aspects, air traffic control stipulations, and safety issues. You get prior information in such cases.
The operator has the right to postpone or cancel the tour in unfavorable conditions where consequences can be extreme. You get a 100% refund for cancellations from the company side.
You can also cancel your reservation 72 hours in advance for a refund. Cancellations after that are non-refundable.
