Know Before You Go

You need to sign a mandatory liability waiver, the passenger declaration form before taking off.
You must arrive at the Dubai Police Academy, the take-off point, at least 45 minutes before the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we will label your booking as a "no show" and cancel it without reimbursement.
Bring your original passport or valid ID for the tour. It is mandatory for all passengers (even the children). Soft copies of the documents are not eligible for submission.
Use our pick-up, drop-off, and car rental services for on-point arrivals at the take-off point. Service charges can vary on the distance between your place and the starting point. Contact us at +971 55 534 3340 for pick-up and drop-off services.
Only 5 passengers are allowed per flight, depending on the weight factor. Everyone must weigh in for the record and proper seat management for the tour. The weight limit is usually 125 kg (maximum) per person.
The maximum number of children on board is 2. Only with guardians or parents can the children under 18 take part in the tour.
The minimum age requirement for the tour is 2 years. Almost everyone above the age of 2 is eligible for the flight.
Medically unfit passengers, such as recent major surgery, with heart issues, motion sickness, and passengers of determination are not suitable for all helicopter tours.
Pregnant women (below 32 weeks) can take part in this helicopter tour with their doctor’s approval letter. Otherwise, pregnant women are not eligible.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed in the helicopter.
Good fit and comfortable clothes are suitable for the tour. Earrings and fancy dresses are not recommended.
Bring only the necessary items for the tour. It is a short tour and after a few hours, you’ll be at your place.
Tour schedules can change with prior information. It’s important to maintain optimal safety. No tours take place in bad weather conditions. The air traffic control stipulations and helicopter technical issues can also cause delays.
In cases of cancellations from the operator side, you’ll receive a 100% refund or be offered a new flight (tour). It’s up to you to decide which one suits you the best.
If you want to cancel your booking, you should do so at least 72 hours earlier than the scheduled time. All cancellations after this time will be void, meaning you’ll not receive any refund.
