Know Before You Hire the Yacht

All reservations demand a 50% advance payment for security purposes. Make sure to pay the remaining balance before boarding the yacht. We accept Visa card, Mastercard credit card or debit card or cash on arrival.
We request guests to provide their original IDs, such as a passport, driver's license, or photo ID card, while checking in.
Our yachts depart from Marina Walk, Dubai Marina, and Dubai Harbour near Barasti Beach, pick your suitable boarding destination accordingly.
It is critical to arrive at your departure point at least 15-30 minutes in advance. If you arrive late, we regret to inform you that we will cancel your reservation without providing a refund.
Choose a limousine or car rental service to ensure a timely arrival. For the best rental and transfer services, please call +971 55 534 3340.
The number of guests must not exceed the yacht's maximum capacity. Please provide us with a passenger count at least 24 hours before your scheduled journey.
Guests cannot bring their pets on the charter.
Generally, smoking is not allowed on the yacht. However, there are some exceptions.
We only allow swimming on a minimum 3-hour booking, usually on sightseeing tours, under the guidance of our captain.
Any damage that guests cause to the yacht is the renter's responsibility.
Based on visitor preferences, we carefully assess the suitability of decorations and other components for special occasions and celebrations.
We can cancel or reschedule the charter with prior notice due to natural weather conditions or mechanical faults. Safety is our primary priority.
In the event of a cancellation from our side, we will gladly offer you a full refund if you do not choose to reschedule your charter. If you agree to reschedule, the charter's original terms and conditions will continue to apply. We will make all cancellations with advance notice.
If you cancel your reservation 72 hours before the scheduled boarding date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for refunds. 50% refund is available for cancellations made before 48 hours.
