Know Before You Hire the Yacht

For security purposes, a 50% advance payment is required for all reservations. You can make the remaining payment before boarding the yacht.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers.
Guests must present their original IDs, such as a passport, driver's license, or photo ID card when checking in. Kindly note that we do not accept digital copies.
It is crucial to arrive at the departure destination at least 45 minutes in advance. For all late arrivals, we will cancel your booking without providing a refund.

It is important to ensure that the number of passengers does not exceed the maximum capacity of the yacht. Please provide us with the passenger count at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled trip.
Our crew members ensure the safety of passengers, maintain the boat, and manage safety operations.
We do not allow pets, including birds and animals, on the charter.
Swimming is only permitted on a minimum 2-hour cruise booking (up to 6 p.m. only).
The renter will be responsible for any damages to the yacht caused by guests.
We offer on-board BBQ services upon request. Throughout the charter period, a highly skilled crew member will be responsible for expertly preparing and serving a delicious barbecue.
Based on visitor preferences, we carefully evaluate the suitability of decorations and other components.
With prior notice, we can cancel or reschedule the charter. Occasionally, these situations can arise as a result of natural climate conditions or mechanical breakdowns. Safety is our top priority.
If you prefer not to reschedule your charter, we will gladly provide you with a full refund in the event of any cancellations from our side. If you agree to reschedule, the charter's original terms and conditions will still apply.
If you cancel your reservation 48 hours before the scheduled boarding date, we will provide you with a full refund. We will deduct the refund if you cancel before 24 hours or after 48 hours. Refunds are not available for cancellations made after 24 hours.
