Know Before You Hire the Yacht

For all reservations, an advance deposit of 50% is required for security purposes. Before boarding the yacht, you should complete the remaining payment.
You can pay with cash, credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers.
All visitors must present the original ID card (passport, driver's license, or ID card) upon boarding the yacht. Original physical copies are required. We don't accept digital copies.
It is crucial to arrive at the departure point at least 45 minutes in advance. For all late arrivals, we will cancel the reservations without refund.

The number of passengers should not exceed the yacht's utmost capacity. You must finalize the passenger number 24 hours prior to departure.
Only with the approval of their parents or guardians are guests under the age of 18 permitted to join the yacht.
Our crew members do not prioritize customers and visitors. They are exclusively present to ensure the safety of passengers, yacht maintenance, and safety operations.
We only allow swimming on a minimum 2-hour cruise booking (up to 6 p.m. only).
The renter is responsible for any damages to the yacht during the rental.
Upon request, an on-board barbecue is accessible. For BBQ preparations, guests should manage the meat. Dedicated crew members will prepare and serve BBQ. Additional AED 200 will be applicable if the guest requests assistance from the crew to cook the BBQ.
During the excursion, we assume no liability for any personal injuries that may occur during watersports and activities such as parasailing, fishing, jet skiing, and swimming.
We may cancel or reschedule the charter with prior notification due to mechanical malfunctions or climatic conditions.
Upon the cancellation of the charter by the company, the renter receives a complete refund after the company cancels the charter. If the renters agree to reschedule, the charter's original terms and conditions will take effect.
If you cancel 48 hours before the scheduled boarding time, you will receive a complete refund. If you cancel within 24 hours or after 48 hours, we will deduct from your refund. Cancellations after 24 hours are nonrefundable.
