You can book tickets through the website or via WhatsApp.
You can make payments in advance while booking or before the cruise at the check-in counter. Payment can be made in cash, via bank transfers, cash, or e-wallets.
All guests must arrive at the check-in counter at least 10-15 minutes before scheduled departure.
We'll cancel your bookings if you arrive late. These types of cancellations are non-refundable.
