Know Before You Book The Balloon Ride

You can make payments in cash or via cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets at the time of reservation or before check-in.
Reservations are possible via our website, WhatsApp, email, or over the phone.
Every guest must fill out a waiver form and submit it online. Guests must complete the waiver form before the flight.
Kids under the age of 2 are not eligible for this balloon ride.
You can bring your own camera that has a lens of less than 400mm.
All guests must bring their original passport or ID card for checking in.
A balloon can only accommodate 10-28 pax.
This experience is not suitable for pregnant women, participants with serious back or knee problems, or people with serious heart conditions.
We do not allow drones during flights due to the UAE government's rigorous drone laws.
We strictly prohibit anyone flying under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs.
Participants with physical disabilities or a fear of heights or flying cannot participate in this activity.
The minimum age for participants is 2 years, and the maximum age is 80 years old.
You can cancel your reservations 48 hours in advance for a full refund. We don't offer refunds for all cancellations made after 48 hours. We issue a refund as soon as we approve your cancellation. You can collect your refund within seven business days.
