Know Before You Book The Safari

Payments can be made either at the time of booking or upon pick-up. Accepted payment methods include cards, cash, bank transfers, and e-wallets.
We offer pickup and drop-off services in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. On a shared safari tour, you may have to share a ride with up to five other passengers in the (4×4) SUV.
Our guides determine the seating arrangements based on their preferences. Anyone who doesn't agree can request exclusive cars for premium costs. We don't entertain prior requests for seat allocations. For us, all guests are the same.
Guests with children (under 12) can only take rear seats according to UAE law.
Front seats are for priority groups, like seniors and women.
This safari is not wheelchair accessible.
Infant safety seats are not available.
Pregnant women and passengers with health conditions like backaches and heart diseases cannot participate in the dune bashing section of this experience. However, they can join in for other activities.
Children aged 3–11 must be accompanied by a guardian on a safari trip. Safari prices for children come with discounts. Inquire about it while booking.
Carry a pair of sunglasses, scarves, a lot of sunscreen, and a hat. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Dressing modestly is important.
Keep in mind that temperatures can fluctuate very quickly in the desert. Wear clothes according to your safari timings. Especially at night, it can be chilly. Some warm outers or jackets can be good options.
We allow to cancel the reservation with a full refund at least 24 hours before the pickup time. After that, we don't entertain any cancellations.
We will immediately refund once we approve the cancellation request.
You'll be able to collect your refund within seven business days.

We have no age restrictions for our shared evening desert safari premium package. However, we don't provide infant seats. Children under 12 can only participate with their parents or guardians.
