Know Before You Book The Ride

Every passenger needs to bring their original ID (passport, Emirates ID) or photo ID for the trip. We don’t accept soft copies for submission.
Everyone must reach the meeting point (Dubai Marina Harbor) at least 20–30 minutes earlier than the departure time.
All late arrivals (past the departure time) marked as “no show” and lead to cancellations without refund.
Children under the age of 6 and pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this adrenaline-rushing activity.
Any child between 6 and 17 can enjoy the ride alongside a parent or a guardian. We don’t offer solo rides for this age group.
People with high/low blood pressure, seasickness, heart condition, motion sickness, etc. are not eligible for our parasailing ride.
Guests can enjoy parasailing solo or in pairs. For both, the minimum required weight is 50 kg. The maximum weight is 180 kg.
Our captain has the final say on which parachute you’ll use for parasailing. Different parasails are a must for various wind gusts and weather conditions.
In adverse weather conditions, technical aspects, strong winds, rain, etc., we may reschedule or cancel the trip. Rescheduling the ride is the primary option. If guests don’t agree, we offer a cancellation with 100% refund.
You should pack light and comfortably is paramount. Guests should wear fitting shoes, comfortable clothes, sunglasses, extra set of clothes, dry towel, and high UV sunscreen protection for the trip.
You should cancel your reservation before 72 hours for a full refund. All cancellations after 24 hours are non-refundable.
