Know Before You Book Jet Car Ride

Payment in full is required when booking. You can make a payment in cash, credit cards, bank transfers, or e-wallets.
We'll send you the ticket via email. You can present your mobile ticket at the check-in counter.
You can book this 20-minute four-seater jet car from our website or via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
All participants must present original passports, Emirates IDs, or photo IDs. We don't accept digital copies.
All passengers must be at the check-in counter at least 20 minutes before departure.
We mark all late arrivals (after the appointed time) as "no show" and cancel the trip without refund.
Each participant must sign the liability waiver before the activity starts.
Pregnant women and children under four are not eligible for this ride.
Bring sunglasses, sunscreen (SPF 50+), a dry towel, and a spare set of clothes. We do not recommend jewelry during the ride.
Any damage to the jet car is the driver's responsibility.
The rented jet aircraft is subject to restricted liability insurance coverage. This insurance does not cover all sorts of damage.
This jet car excursion is not accessible to wheelchair users.
Riders with heart disorders, motion sickness, sea sickness, or back problems cannot participate in this jet car excursion.
Children (aged 4 to 15) can travel as a passenger with their parents or guardians.
We have the right to cancel or reschedule your trip with prior notice. This situation could arise due to new legislation, technical issues, Coast Guard regulations, or weather-related issues. Trip cancellations from our side are subject to a full refund.
You also can cancel your reservations. To receive a full refund, you must submit your cancellation 72 hours before the scheduled departure time. Any cancellations made after that are non-refundable.
We'll disburse your refund as soon as our team confirms your cancellations. You'll be able to collect your refund within seven business days of the cancellation.
