Know Before You Book The Ride

Reserve Donut Ride Dubai tickets over the phone, via WhatsApp, or online (website). You'll receive your ticket confirmation immediately on your mobile or email.
Payment is necessary at the time of booking. Make payments using bank transfers, credit cards, cash, and e-wallets.
Every guest must produce their ID card (Emirates ID, passport, or photo ID) along with the mobile ticket at the check-in counter.
Guests must not drink alcohol and have light meals before the activity.
Pregnant women and children under the age of 6 are not eligible for the sport.
Children aged between 6 and 16 can only participate in this activity with their parents or guardians.
Participants with heart problems, pressure, motion sickness, or back or neck pain cannot enjoy this water activity.
You should pack light. Bring extra clothing, sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, swimsuits, and a dry towel. Don't include jewelry.
Come in a group (minimum 2 participants) for this activity.
Our donut rides can accommodate up to 4 participants at a time. Multiple bookings are possible for a higher passenger count.
Guests must check in at least 20 minutes in advance (of the departure time).
All late arrivals marked as "no show" and canceled reservations without any refund.
We are not responsible for injuries to the participants during the activity.
In cases of unfavorable weather conditions and mechanical issues, we can cancel or reschedule your activity. Your safety is paramount.
For full refund eligibility, you must cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance (before starting time). All cancellations after that are non-refundable.
