Know Before You Go For Jet Car Rental

Original passports or valid picture ID cards are a must for all passengers (soft copies are unacceptable).
This 30-minute jet ride isn't wheelchair accessible.
Guests who want to drive the jet car must sign the liability waiver.
We offer secure parking at the docking zone.
This ride is not available to anybody suffering from back, heart, motion, or sea sickness.
Pregnant women and children under four aren't eligible for this 30-minute jet tour.
Along with their parents or guardians, children between the ages of 4 and 15 are welcome to participate. Only two kids at a time can enjoy the ride.
It is important to check in at least 20 minutes before departure time.
If you arrive beyond the appointed hour, we record your appearance as "no show" and cancel your reservation without a refund.
Any damage to the jet car is the renter's responsibility.
There is limited liability insurance for the rental jet car. Certain types of damages don't come under the insurance coverage.
It is advisable to have dry towels, sunscreen, water shoes, and sunglasses.
We have the right to cancel your appointment with prior notice. There may be postponements or cancellations due to inclement weather, Coast Guard limitations, technical issues, or the execution of new legislation.
We cancel the tour and provide visitors with a full refund if they disagree with the rescheduled timetable.
We allow customers to modify their bookings for an extra 5 percent.
Refunds for cancellations made after 72 hours are subject to a 25% reduction (of the total charge). There is a 50% deduction for cancellations made after 48 hours. Cancellations made after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
