Know Before You Book The Ride

Reserve your donut ride Dubai tickets online (website), via WhatsApp, or over the phone.
Every participant must bring their original ID (passport, Emirates ID, or valid photo ID) for submission at the counter. Soft copies are not acceptable.
Guests should not drink alcohol before the ride. We also recommend light meals only.
Children under the age of 6 and pregnant women cannot take part in this ride.
Participants aged 6 and 16 can enjoy the ride with their parents and guardians.
Anyone with heart issues, backache, neck pain, motion sickness, and pressure is not eligible for this donut ride.
Bring an extra pair of clothing, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, dry towel, and hat. We don't recommend jewelry.
At least 2 participants are required for this donut ride.
One ride can facilitate 4 participants. For a higher number of guests, multiple donut reservations are available.
You should arrive at the departure point at least 20 minutes earlier. All reservations are subject to refund-less cancellations on late arrivals (after departure time).
We take no responsibility for any casualties during the activity.
We have the right to reschedule and cancel your reservations with prior notice. Such situations can arise due to bad weather conditions and mechanical issues. Guests can opt for rescheduled trips. Otherwise, we offer cancellations with a full refund.
You can also cancel your reservation before 48 hours for full refund eligibility. All cancellations after that are non-refundable.
Depending on the bank/service provider, guests can collect your refund within 10–15 days after cancellation approval.
