Know Before You Book The Jet Car

All guests must arrive at the check-in counter at least 20 minutes before scheduled departure.
Book tickets for this two-seater (60-minute) jet car trip through the website or via WhatsApp.
Bring shades, sunscreen (SPF 50+), a dry towel, and an extra pair of clothes. Avoid wearing jewelry during the ride.
Children aged 7 to 15 can travel as a passenger with their parents or guardian. Participants 16 and above can drive the car.
Each participant who plans to drive the jet car must sign the liability waiver.
For late arrivals (after the scheduled time), we mark them as "no show." and cancel the trip without refund.
Original passports, Emirates IDs, or photo identification certificates are required for all guests. We don't accept digital copies.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. You can make payments using cash, cards, bank transfers, or e-wallets.
We offer secure parking at the check-in location.
The driver is responsible for any damage to the jet car during the ride.
The liability insurance coverage of rented jet aircraft is limited. This insurance does not provide coverage for all forms of damages.
This 60-minute jet car ride is not accessible to those with heart conditions, motion sickness, sea sickness, or back difficulties.
This jet car tour (2 passengers) is not available to pregnant women or children under four.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your trip with prior notice. This situation may arise due to the implementation of new laws, technical difficulties, Coast Guard restrictions, or weather-related delays or cancellations. If the revised itinerary is not acceptable to the guests, we will terminate the tour and give them a full refund.
This ride is not wheelchair accessible.
You can cancel your bookings before 72 hours to receive a complete refund. Cancellations made after that will not receive any refunds. We'll disburse your refund as soon as our team confirms your cancellations. You'll be able to collect your refund within seven business days of the cancellation.
