BMW F900 GS Motorcycle Rental Requirements

Document: For visitors, passport copy, motorcycle driver's license, and international motorcycle driver's permit. For UAE residents, Emirates ID and UAE motorcycle driver's license.

Payment: Valid credit cards (MasterCard and Visa), cash, and bank transfers.

Age: Renter's age must be minimum of 25 years old.

License validity: Renter's license must be more than a year old.

Riding experience: Riders should have prior experience with similar types and sizes of motorcycles.

Security deposit: A refundable AED 5000 at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel your reservation before 30 days for a full refund. Cancellations after (30 days) are subject to deductions of certain% of total (rental price) from your refundable deposit.

No refund: canceled 10 days (or after) ahead of the pick-up date and time.

Refund 35% (of total): canceled between 11-20 days ahead of the pick-up date and time.

Refund 75% (of total): canceled between 21-30 days ahead of the pick-up date and time.

We pay out the refunds in the form of bank or wireless transfers. Generally, receivable within 10-15 business days after cancellation approval.

Know Before You Go

Renter is responsible for all damages to the motorcycle and repairs.
The security deposit is a separate entity from the actual rental fee.
One-way rentals will cost AED 500 plus AED 5 per km between the pick-up and drop-off locations.
The renter must return the motorcycle in the same pristine condition as it was at the time of pickup.
We are not liable for any accidents or injuries to the rider during the motorcycle rental.
Insurance policies don't cover renters under the age of 25 or with licenses that are not older than a year.
Renters don't have the right to modify or make changes to the motorcycle without our approval.
In the event of motorcycle abandonment, we have the right to repossess the vehicle without prior notice.
The renter must take care of Salik (toll charges), parking fees, gas refills, and traffic fines throughout the rental period.
Returning the motorcycle with the same amount of fuel is mandatory. Otherwise, the renter needs to pay additional fuel charges.
The renter should take responsibility for all consequences (accidents, traffic fines, etc.) that may occur during the rental period.
Off-roading without our approval is a breach of a contract. Breaching contracts means no more insurance coverage of all types.
If you plan to ride cross-country (Oman and Saudi Arabia), notify us in advance for the approval and legal document arrangements.
For more comprehensive coverage, insurance of various types is available on demand. These insurances exist throughout the rental period but aren't refundable.
