BMW R 1250 GS Adventure Motorcycle Rental Requirements

Security deposit: A refundable AED 5,000 at the time of booking.

Payment: Valid credit cards (MasterCard and Visa), cash, and bank transfers.

Riding experience: The renter must have prior experience with similar motorcycles.

Document: For visitors: passport copy, motorcycle driver's license, and motorcycle driver's permit. For UAE residents, Emirates ID and UAE motorcycle driver's license.

License validity: The renter's license must be more than a year old.

Age: The renter's age must be minimum of 25 years old.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel your booking before 30 days (from the pickup time) to receive a 100% deposit refund. All cancellations after that (30 days) are subject to some percentage deductions of the total (i.e. rental fee) from your deposit amount.

25% deduction of total: canceled between 30–21 days ahead of the pick-up date and time.

65% deduction of total: canceled between 20–11 days ahead of the pick-up date and time.

No refund: canceled within 10 days (or after) ahead of the pick-up date and time.

We pay out the refunds in the form of bank or wireless transfers. Generally, receivable within 3–10 business days after cancellation approval.

Know Before You Go

The security deposit is a separate entity from the actual rental fee.
Without our consent, renters—that is, you—have no right to alter or modify the motorbike.
It is against our contract to off-road without our permission. Violations of contracts result in further fees and the termination of all insurance coverage.
Returning the motorbike in the exact same condition that you found it in is your responsibility.
Our full-to-full fuel policy suggests you must return the motorcycle with a full fuel tank. If not, you'll have to pay extra for fuel.
Renters under the age of 25 or with licenses that are less than one year old are not eligible for insurance coverage.
We take no accountability if the rider suffers an injury during the motorcycle rental.
We reserve the right to take back a motorbike without giving you any warning if you abandon the motorcycle.
Please notify us in advance if you want to bike cross-country (in KSA and Oman) so that we can obtain approval and prepare the appropriate legal papers.
One-way rentals cost AED 500 plus AED 5 per km for each km between the pick-up and drop-off locations.
The hirer is responsible for covering all Salik (toll) charges, parking costs, gas refills, and (any applicable) traffic fines throughout the rental duration.
For comprehensive coverage, many insurance options are available upon request. These insurances are non-refundable and valid only during the rental period.
You are accountable for every consequence (traffic tickets, mishaps, etc.) that may occur while the rental is in effect.
It is your obligation as the renter to take care of any damages or repairs to the motorcycle.
