BMW R1250 GS Trophy Motorcycle Rental Requirements

Security deposit: A refundable AED 5000 at the time of booking.

Riding experience: Rider should have prior experience with similar type and size of motorcycle.

Payment: Valid credit cards (MasterCard and Visa), cash, and bank transfers.

License validity: Renter's license must be more than a year old.

Document: For visitors, passport copy, motorcycle driver's license, and international motorcycle driver's permit. For UAE residents, Emirates ID and UAE motorcycle driver's license.

Age: The renter's age must be minimum of 25 years old.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel your reservation before 30 days for a full refund. Cancellations after that (30 days) are subject to deductions of certain% of total (rental price) from your refundable deposit.

Refund 75% (of total): canceled between 21-30 days ahead of the pick-up date and time.

Refund 35% (of total): canceled between 11-20 days ahead of the pick-up date and time.

No refund: canceled 10 days (or after) ahead of the pick-up date and time.

We pay out the refunds in the form of bank or wireless transfers. Generally, receivable within 10-15 business days after cancellation approval.

Know Before You Go

Any consequences (traffic tickets, accidents, etc.) that could arise during the rental term are your responsibility.
It is your responsibility to return the motorcycle in the same condition as it was when you picked it up.
If the rider is hurt while renting a motorbike, we are not responsible.
The security deposit is a separate entity from the actual rental fee.
It is mandatory to return the motorbike with the same amount of fuel. If not, you will be responsible for additional gasoline costs.
Renters don't have the right to modify or make changes to the motorcycle without the rental company's approval.
All repairs and damages to the motorbike are the renter's responsibility.
In addition to AED 5 per kilometer for each km between the pick-up and drop-off sites, one-way rentals cost AED 500.
Off-roading without our consent is a contract violation. Contract violations result in the loss of all insurance coverage.
Insurance policies don't cover renters under the age of 25 or with licenses that are not older than a year.
In the event of motorcycle abandonment, the rental company has the right to repossess the vehicle without prior notice.
To get clearance and make the necessary legal paperwork preparations, let us know in advance if you intend to ride cross-country (in Saudi Arabia and Oman).
During the rental period, the hirer is responsible for paying all Salik (toll charges), parking fees, petrol refills, and traffic penalties.
Different kinds of insurance are available upon request for more thorough coverage. These are non-refundable insurances that are in effect for the duration of the rental.
