BMW R1300 GS Motorcycle Rental Requirements
Age: Renter's age must be minimum 25 years old.
Document: For visitors, passport copy, motorcycle driver's license, and international motorcycle driver's permit. For UAE residents, Emirates ID and UAE motorcycle driver's license.
License validity: Renter's license must be more than a year old.
Payment: Valid credit cards (MasterCard and Visa), cash, and bank transfers.
Riding experience: Rider should have a prior experience of similar type and size of motorcycle.
Security deposit: A refundable AED 5000 at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel your reservation before 30 days for a full refund. Cancellations after that (30 days) are subject to deductions of certain% of total (rental price) from your refundable deposit.
Refund 75% (of total): canceled between 21-30 days ahead of the pick-up date and time.
Refund 35% (of total): canceled between 11-20 days ahead of the pick-up date and time.
No refund: canceled 10 days (or after) ahead of the pick-up date and time.
We pay out the refunds in the form of bank or wireless transfers. Generally, receivable within 10-15 business days after cancellation approval.
Know Before You Go
- For more comprehensive coverage, insurance of various types is available on demand. These insurances exist throughout the rental period but aren't refundable.
- Hirers must take care of Salik (toll charges), parking fees, gas refills, and traffic fines throughout the rental period.
- If you plan to ride cross-country (Oman and Saudi Arabia), notify us in advance for the approval and legal document arrangements.
- In the event of motorcycle abandonment, we have the right to repossess the vehicle without prior notice.
- Insurance policies don't cover renters under the age of 25 or with licenses that are not older than a year.
- Off-roading without our approval is a breach of a contract. Breaching contracts means no more insurance coverage of all types.
- One-way rentals will cost AED 500 plus AED 5 per km between the pick-up and drop-off locations.
- Renter is responsible for all damages to the motorcycle and repairs.
- Renters don't have the right to modify or make changes to the motorcycle without our approval.
- Returning the motorcycle with the same amount of fuel is mandatory. Otherwise, the renter needs to pay additional fuel charges.
- The security deposit is a separate entity from the actual rental fee.
- We are not liable for any accidents or injuries to the rider during the motorcycle rental.
- You must return the motorcycle in the same pristine condition as it was at the time of pickup.
- You should take responsibility for all consequences (accidents, traffic fines, etc.) that may occur during the rental period.
